The evidence trail

Martin Innes and Trudy Lowe of  Universities' Police Science Institute discuss the benefits of embedding learning at an operational level. Published in Policing Today Magazine December 2012 issue Martin and Trudy discuss how UPSI's approach has sought to develop the practitioner-academic role.
